Buying

As your Realtor, we will:

• Use our knowledge of the market to help determine the appropriate list price for your home, as well as make suggestions on what may need to be done (if anything) in order to attract ALL potential buyers
• Compile your home's data, have photos taken and list the property into the MLS system (Multiple Listing Services), multiple real estate websites and social media outlets to maximize your home's exposure
• Host open houses (if desired) and schedule private showings to find you that qualified home buyer
• Present you with all offers to purchase, answer any questions, and assist with negotiations throughout the entire sale process.
• Work with buyer agents to schedule any required home inspections, appraisal, etc
• Be in constant contact with the buyer's lender, buyer's agent, inspectors, and title company to ensure a timely closing
